The first thing is to define the terms for such institutions. We will start by defining the Community College. This institution was created with the purpose of providing academic programs to a part of the population with low economic resources or without the intention of carrying out a  4  -year academic program. The Community College offers a program from  01  to  02  years that allows the student to have an academic base and be able to be part of the labor market.

Today, the CCs allow students to take courses for two years and then progress to a university and complete  04  years with a university degree. It should be noted that the academic programs are cheaper than those offered by colleges or universities.

Colleges are institutions that can offer  02  -year programs or bachelor's programs lasting  04  years. The big difference with universities is that they only offer undergraduate programs. They usually have liberal arts programs, that is, general knowledge courses, in the  first 02  years.

These programs allow you to provide the academic resources so that students can face a job market, they usually have a lower cost than university, a small campus, classes with fewer students and less demanding requirements for admission.

Universities have both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. In the portfolio of programs offered, there are not only baccalaureate programs, master's degrees, master's degrees and specializations of various programs. Although the volume of students is much greater than that of a College, the prestige and market value is greater.

It should be considered that the academic cost for international students is usually expensive. This allows investments in facilities, technology and academic quality to be greater, placing the universities at a higher level than the vast majority of Colleges.
